Absolutely my best customer service experience in the last 20 years. Geico came through as the auto Insurer, Enterprise (Hugo) as the car rental, and Caliber (Mike) as the car collision restoration company were all professionals and did what they said they would do. That doesn't always happen, and they made it look easy. There's a lot of synergy between these three companies. Someone did a great job on setting that all up. The experience was like watching a pro sports team in action. Bravo..

Together, Caliber Motors, Enterprise Rentals, and Geico Insurance provided an incredible experience repairing my car and making sure I had another ride to get around. Each of them followed up at each stage of the week long process. A lot of companies tell you how they plan to correct a problem. It's very rare that someone puts a multi-company team together that coordinates and makes life easier for the customer.
