Working with Caliber and Mike Safar was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had and that says a lot since I am 80. Mike kept me updated on the repairs and and he is one of the nicest customer managers I have ever worked. Geico Insurance was also fantastic and had my claim started within 24 hours of accident. They did an amazing job of taking care of the damage to our car! They were so knowledgeable all about our vehicle, which we had no idea about! All repairs were made quickly and our car was read when original promised! We highly recommend Caliber Collision and would definitely use them again if we needed our car repaired again.
