They used used parts based on what you have for insurance, but they don’t tell you that, I had to ansk because I noticed the note in the final quote. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Service was ok, its setup pretty easy with insurance, but I got quotes elsewhere and these folks were the cheapest so I’m not sure if that correlates to quality/completeness of workmanship or not, but they do offer a warranty on their parts and service so that makes it better. Once they started the repairs they found additional things that needed to be fixed/replaced for the original quote, but they only shared that with the insurance not me, it was ok since the insurance covered it, but for folks that care about what is actually repaired it might be more of an issue. The insurance app said repairs are done at a certain date, but never got a call or notice the car was done, had to reach out, turns out it was done, but no one reached out or maybe I was just early, because I noticed the completion date. Not very flexible on car dropoff/pickup as I tried to coordinate when I was going to be out of town so I didn’t need a rental, but they couldn’t accommodate. Overall service was fine, nothing great, nothing horrible.

Is it normal after the work done to my car to hear a noise coming from the trunk when applying the breaks? If I had to describe it it almost sounds like metal being squeezed or crushed. Not usual braking noise and it wasn’t there before.

Greg and the team were great. The vehicle repair looks great. The color match and orange peel are absolutely perfect. The bumper was cleaned and polished really nice like a mirror. Now I need to wash the rest of the Escalade to match!! Thank you again Caliber.

Greg was very nice and thorough and handled the paperwork great. No hiccups at all actually done two days ahead of schedule ! The painter did an awesome job. I love the paint the color and texture (orange peel) match wonderfully. There’s just one spec of dirt under one little spot in glad to live with being the rest is just so perfect.
