They fixed everything my vehicle needed and took notes on special areas to be sure the work was thorough and to my satisfaction. I have used Caliber Santa Ana for almost 10 years and they always get it right. They even washed my car!!

I had an exceptional experience with Caliber Collision, and I especially want to recognize Leo for the incredible job he did with my car. My car was in the shop for about three weeks, and throughout the entire process, Leo was extremely communicative, professional, and helpful. He kept me informed about the progress of the repairs and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. That level of communication made a stressful situation so much easier. Most importantly, the quality of the work was outstanding. When I got my car back, it honestly looked and felt even better than it did before the accident. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail and the care that went into the repairs. I hope Caliber recognizes what an amazing employee Leo is. Employees who genuinely care about their customers, communicate consistently, and take pride in their work make such a difference. Definitely recommend for the service. Regarding the parts selection you need to check with the insurance if they permit original OEM parts. Otherwise, the cheapest parts gets selected. My insurers went with the cheapest parts - not sure about the quality though
