I was extremely pleased with the work done on the vehicle, the repair staff did a tremendous job! But what stood out was Lauren's customer service. She was so genuine and went above and beyond in making this process quick and easy, constantly keeping me updated and making sure I understood everything. More over she was constantly asking after the recovery process of a passenger in the vehicle that sustained minor concussion, showing genuine concern. Should anyone I know be unfortunate enough to need your company's services I would absolutely refer them to you, and more specifically to Lauren as I know they would be well taken care of. Thank you!
