Many delays and then when I get home I discover the door lock linkage is disconnected. Shouldn't someone from the shop have told my salesman? Now he's looking like the fool. Do I really want to drop my vehicle off AGAIN and wait for who knows how long. Sorry, I expected more professionalism.
