My car was not ready when I was told it would be, I had to wait around for 20 minutes as the mechanics "test drove my vehicle around the block". When they returned they sped thru the parking lot with my car, the office staff called them three times while I waited. I was told that the side door bumpers would be touched up, they were not. I spoke with the service rep on the phone after I left, he offered for me to bring my car back, I live in Long Beach, this is an inconvenience. Lastly, this delay caused me to be late for my 6pm appt. My vehicle was to be done at 4:30, I have a text msg telling me my car was ready, it was not
