How nice the employees were to me was amazing. Gregg explained everything to me which was very helpful because it was my first time ever at Caliber Collision. As well as my first time getting into an accident. My car looked amazing after pickup.

The car was delayed multiple times without alerting me then when it was dropped off was dropped off completely dead and not working.

I’m happy with the end result of the repair. My experience this time with the team wasn’t entirely positive. They did not feel as warm and friendly as before. I’m not sure exactly how to describe it. I felt dismissed and insignificant. I know the team was busy but that does not make me feel any better.
