Excellent customer service. It would be nice if Caliber were to reach out on a somewhat regular basis (weekly, perhaps) to update the customer on the status of the car, but when I initiated contact with Caliber, everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and gave me the facts and information I needed to know.

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. When I dropped off my car, they immediately offered to drive me to Enterprise so I wouldn’t have to spend all morning waiting on a shuttle—such a thoughtful gesture and a great way to start the process. Throughout the repair, they kept me updated every step of the way and answered all of my questions quickly and clearly. The quality of their work is outstanding; you truly can’t tell anything ever happened to my car. On top of that, they even washed it before pickup, which was such a nice surprise. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Caliber Collision went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!
