I called for an estimate and he said he would do it that evening before closing. I needed to know before I decided to have the work done. He explained all the costs involved. Then they called to see if I would like to drop it off that week. Told me it might be two weeks because they didn’t want to disappoint me. I was so happy that it was done within a week. Great service 😊. And I was able to leave my rental car there since I didn’t have anyone to drop me off. He showed me the car to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Great job and customer service. I was recommended by my neighbor Don Buck. I will certainly recommend Caliber Collision if anyone asks me. Thank you to Chris especially and Rich with all my questions.
