Experience has been horrific. Was not aware that Caliber was putting off market parts ( not original). Told after a part they put on came loose as they drove truck to me for pick up. They were asked to detail truck. Inside the truck, dust from the frame work they did still in the truck. How they missed that I couldn't tell you. Outside, water spot. When I pointed out to John, he said oh... water spots. Not sure this is a good thing, but they said to bring it back.
