The front grill was not repaired and it was damaged that accrued during incident. The staff in the shop told me that this repair was not approved . I also notice the areas where the shop was aproveche to repair were not completed . Example: the gas door cover was replace however the part where the door is attached to the car structure is hanging loosely about to Brest completely(images available). The right back light has a bigger then usual gap where the light meets the metal part of the car , it looks like it did not fit in the top right part. I notice all this yesterday 6.12.26 a few hours after I got the car and the shop was already closed and now close until Monday . Please follow up 7606984699

The process of getting my car fixed was made so easy and it felt like it ran very smoothly. Got my car back a day early from the day promised so that was a plus. Everyone there was very helpful and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Since this was my first time getting into a car accident, I was a little worried how the whole insurance and repair process would go. Thankfully my insurance company and Caliber were beyond informative and helpful! Answering all my questions and concerns as well as keeping me up to date on the process of everything. Stephany did an amazing job fixing my car and making it look brand new! This was my first accident and I was so anxious with how the process of insurance and repairs would go, but after this experience I know for a fact I don't need to worry so much anymore for minor crashes!
