Call and text when repairs are finished. I supposedly got a call my car was ready and never did. Then received a call few days after it was done reminding me to pick it up when I never got the initial call. Frustrating with a rental.

After I got my vehicle. Gas meter is broken and shop immediately did not want to take accountability and suggested I went with my insurance.

Took two days longer than was expected. Also, I was told that a minor scratch on the other side of the car unrelated to the accident would be fixed for free. But it was not. Overall, however, the repair was well done.
