I was impressed the first time I walked into the Caliber office. People were happy! A manager came out and said he'd help me until Cindy was available, and when Cindy came out she took fast, competent and reassuring care of me and my car. They kept me informed the entire time, and when it looked like a delay might happen, I texted Cindy and asked if she could help. She could and she did, personally taking my car to get calibrated, and then waiting late for me to get over and reclaim it. It was a terrific experience and I won't go anyplace else should I find myself in this situation again.
