I called the insurance company and told them the difference in my experience from the shop, they favored as opposed to caliber.

In the family, we had two recent fender benders. So we had the experience of two different auto body shops. Caliber was the best hands-down. They did the repair quicker and better not only did they wash the outside but they clean the inside of the car and the other autobody shop did not. It took the experience with caliber to realize that the other body shop was subpar.

I told them that I had a vacation that I needed the car to be repaired so I could go on vacation. That would’ve been about 2 1/2 weeks out and they got the car in. They called me when they got it in. They called me when they got the parts in and less than one week they called me to say it would be ready the next day. Needless to say, I was very happy❗️

Only thing they missed was in the cleanup. The inside of the car was cleaned too but they forgot to do the windshield inside. Only wrong thing in a perfect job!!!! LOL
