I greatly appreciated the updates that I received on a regular basis. I also felt very comfortable talking with Nate about my concerns, which he addressed with a friendly & timely manner. He went above & beyond the call of service. When I talked to Lisa on the phone, she was very helpful in answering my questions. It is stressful to begin with to be involved in an accident but to have such wonderful & caring people to take care of the repairs definitely helped to relieve that stress. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision to my friends & family.
