The back glass is not cased as it was. The parts I provided are no longer in the vehicle or on my car. The defroster coil cords are dangling because they are not attached to the back windshield (tabs).

I am surprised I am getting this survey since our vehicle is not totally repaired yet and has been at Gerber Collision for 6 weeks. Based on the fact that it still is not fixed I would give it a 1.

The people were friendly but sometimes it was difficult to get a straight answer and the estimates they gave me for when it would be completed continue to be inaccurate and the repairs still are not done.

They went beyond and above with their service. They repaired my car quickly and the delivered it to my house. I really appreciate these guys. Wouldn’t take my car for repairs anywhere else. This location is the one in Irmo SC.
