Please call me asap. The entire job will have to be redone, it is not acceptable. I have had it inspected by Mazda. There are major problems with the work, and a valuable piece of the car that came off in the accident was not replaced (a Mazda bumper protector) I picked the car up from Caliber and took it to Mazda within 2 hours of pick up. There is a long list of problems they immediately found and pointed out to me, I have videos, pictures, and a full official list. In addition to all the parts not fitting and being flush etc, the paint doesn’t even remotely match — and the wrong non matching paint was BLENDED onto parts of my car that weren’t even supposed to be touched! This is a mess. Please call me. This car is a 2024 and this is completely unacceptable.

The communication was great. The staff was great. The only issue I have is when I picked up my car the windshield was still cracked. Not sure if that’s a separate repair or not, so I can not exactly say I am dissatisfied.
