I was told my car would be ready on 7/24....on 7/17 at 1:35 in the afternoon on a Friday...they called to tell me it was ready to pick up and I had to return the rental or be charged for it. I was on my way to work. This was ridiculous timing..my deductible was 1000$ ..I had 0 time to prepare and no one to take my rental back.....I have been a customer for a long time...but now will seek another place...the hood was not aligned either....

I was told the car would be ready on 7/24 (documented by email) they called me on 7/17 at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon to come pick it up. I told them I had to make arrangements for the 1000$ deductible and could I pick it up Monday as I was on my way to work. I was told that if I did not pick it up Farm Bureau would make me pay for my rental car. I was very upset about this. I get the car...call my bank to hold the check til Monday. The drivers side door does not match up. It is protruding from the car....they only replaced the outside part. No I am not happy with them...and do not know what to do about the door...
