It would be better if somebody would do a visual check with the customer before handing the keys. I need to do my visual inspection first by myself & noticed some painting issues that I need to go back with Ms. Courtney for clarification (there were bubbles). Then later that evening, I noticed the back ceiling light came loose when I switched it on after opening the liftgate. It needs replacement since toggle locks were broken. I’m not sure if they would acknowledge this since documents were signed already & car was handed over.

Before handing the keys, there should be visual inspection done by the customer & the owner. There some painting issues that I need to go back to the office for clarification. Later that evening, back ceiling light came loose as i opened the liftgate and switched it on. It needs replacement.

The expected time for my car to be finished was overly extended to almost 2 more weeks and when I got my car back I was satisfied because it was fixed but they did not fix my car properly and messed up my window tint overall the paint was good but the body work I definitely wasn’t satisfied with
