Customer service was outstanding, with friendly and consistent updates throughout the entire process. The quality of the work on the car was excellent. I truly appreciate the care and attention given to my son as well. This is by far the best collision center I’ve seen in a long time—a place that genuinely values its customers.

Caliber Collision was absolutely Awesome. I am a mother who lives in Louisiana and my son attends college in Jackson. HAd is first fender bender with a dear and Caliber Collision took great care of him. Customer service was spot on with the timely updates and just true kindness to my son. Other pieces were broken during the repair and hasn't been resolved. The bumper also isn't an exact fit. Plus this past weekend I started getting a rattle from the the front driver side and parts that were loose. I've been waiting for a call back and haven't heard from anyone.

Not using OEM parts and having issues with other things getting broken makes it very hard to recommend to my friends and family. And then having an issue after the second time it was in the shop shows me that quality of the people working on my vehicle isn't good at all.

I'm wasn't happy with the repairs the first time around. Things didn't line up correctly due to using aftermarket parts. And things got broken as well. Also a part got scratched up. When I took it back they did put a better bumper on it. Replaced the parts that got broken and scratched up by the shop. I picked it up and got home to realize that the fog lights didn't work. I took it somewhere else to get that fixed. They will not touch my vehicle ever again.

I picked up my car on March 11. The initial review was based on my car being returned But I noticed my car was returned to me with leftover parts from the repair. My vehicle was not cleaned before being returned to me . The right side wheel well trim was loose, and the lights on my tailgate were not working. My dedicated assistant Cody encouraged me to bring the car in so these items could be addressed. Cody was as helpful as she could be. The technician came out and spoke with me to address why my lights were not working and attempted to make the corrections. The lights on the tailgate are in working order however, they are not illuminating the way my car originally was. Cody stated that she would get in contact with the insurance company to see if they would pay for the light on the right that was not replaced when they did the original work to be replaced . Although everyone seemed to be very accommodating, the issue is when I initially picked up my car all of this should have been inspected, assessed and resolved .

You guys were great!! Communication was awesome. I got daily updates on my car while it was being worked on. It did not take long at all! The guys who worked on my car did amazing. It’s like nothing ever happened. I appreciate y’all so much!! I definitely will recommend Caliber Collision to family & friends and will use you if needed again.
