Mike did a great job and when he was out Paul picked it up without missing a beat although I know he was swamped. I especially appreciate your getting the vehicle back to me in Jackson MS.

The only issue I have is that there was a part of my bumper that had bed lining material on it prior to the repair, and it wasn't replaced. I would like a call from the estimator.

At the time of pickup of my vehicle the damage to the side mirror was not done, but the service person did come and take care of it. Was told that the car was wash it was still not clean. There was leaves and stuff from where vehicle was parked under a tree around the hood.

Caliber received my car and had it over 6 weeks I understand parts are hard to get but they recieved my car from a towing company whose drivers sat in my car got the interior all oily and dirty instead of cleaning it, it sat there for the 6 weeks now my cars interior seats are ruined. The outside work of the vehicle is nice but it would have been nice if they would have treated it more like their own vehicle and cleaned the upholstery in the beginning instead of letting it soak into the upholstery.

I’m not dissatisfied with the customer service at the Jackson TN location, my problem is with the customer service at the Covington pike location in Memphis, due to their poor communication and information dissemination I don’t plan on ever using this company again.

Fortunately but unfortunately the 2nd time in 3 months but I would'nt want to take to anyone else.Everyone is professional and kind.I received updates w/o having to call from a human.And both times looks as if I never had any damage.Brand new. Thank you Caliber Collision.Only other company I love is my insurance company USAA.
