They where nice people. That made my car look like the wreck never happened. They also could have gave my car back with the new taillight the put in but when he washed it he noticed moisture in it. So he called me back and told me he didn't want to send it on like that and had another on way. Took two more days and got my car back looking like new. Very professional and would highly recommend them.

The staff at Caliber were very nice and throughly explained everything to me so that I had an understanding of what to expect. Even though we experienced snow/ice I did receive text messages and a phone call letting me know that due to weather conditions, the repairs to my vehicle would be delayed. I picked up my vehicle yesterday, 2/13/26 (earlier than I expected) and everything looks great. Thank you Caliber!!

My vehicle had to stay longer than I expected due to snow and ice but I am completely satisfied with the repairs to my vehicle's bumper. It looks better than the one that it replaced. 🙂
