What a wonderful experience we have had with Caliber Collision- from a manager who went beyond service to that next level called caring! Waiting way past closing and assisting in obtaining a rental car we were seconds from being shoved aside with no place and no one to help. Never in my life have I received the focused care that Caliber Collision gave us!! What a manager- what a heart. But it did not stop there- the excellence continued when Mike took over the repair of our vehicle!! Fantastic-complete-and relentless he made our car number one in the world ( or at least it seemed that way) - way to go Mike-you ate the best! My car was only a few months “old” -the repair was as good as the original new car quality- Mike showed his personal goal of perfection as if it was his own car he was repairing- GREAT JOB MIKE

Throughout my experience with Caliber Collision the customer service was never less than excellent from both Mike Smith and Paul Flatt but never have I received better service than what Paul showed me before I had even had a chance to meet the young man—- in fact this experience made me 100% convinced that this company would be repairing my car!!!!!! My wife and I had already been sitting on the side of the freeway for 2 and 1/2 hrs when a new StateFarm representative took over the task of finding us a repair shop to service us and a rental car company that could enable me to get my wife to her doctor appointment scheduled for 8am the next morning. You must understand that another StateFarm rep. had set us up with a shop due to close in 15 minutes and a rental car company that has just told me they had the authorization to provide a car BUT HAD NO CARS TO PROVIDE US WITH ONE! We were to be towed to a shop that would be closed before we could get there with no car to get us to our hotel we were scared to death- why all this? Please listen carefully!! The new StateFarm agent on the phone (after 45 minutes searching) found us a miracle- his name Paul Flatt this is what he did! Paul agreed to wait over 2 hrs after his shop was closed (and who had not even met me yet) and in addition went to the car rental place that was closing in the next 10 minutes to get a car delivered back to his shop that would be waiting for us!!! NO ONE HAS EVER IN MY 70 years OF LIFE PROVIDED THAT LEVEL OF SERVICE-NO ONE!! You need to reward that level of caring and service- PAUL AND HIS COMPANY WAS GETTING MY BUSINESS NOW AND AT ANY FUTURE OPPORTUNITY!!! Unbelievable-thank you Paul!!
