Took too long to get windshield as it wasn’t ordered timely and then it was missing parts to install. 8 days I had to have a rental car. When car was finally received the interior was very dirty. Body shop debris covered both front floors and all over door handles. Windshield was not cleaned after install. Car was filthy.

Received text on Thursday telling me all paint work was completed and just needed to install windshield. Then Friday, 2 full days later, text said they were missing parts for windshield and still waiting on parts. Finally, on Tuesday, 4 days after I was told all that needed to be done was replace the windshield, it was finally delivered to me.

I am extremely happy with Caliber Collision on Beach Blvd. The entire experience was exceptional due to the treatment I received from Nick Sherrod! He made everything simple and easy from beginning to end. I didn’t have a rental car through my insurance, so he said he could get the repairs completed in 1 day, and he made good on his word. Thank you!!

Not happy at all , many of my concerns and requests were disregarded and damage was done to my brand new car , only 3 weeks old paint from the factory had to be redone and they had my car for an additional week and very little compensation for the inconvenience and time they wasted in addition I will loose any warranty from the factory on my paint and I was not asked before they began grinding paint of my door from the mistake . They also removed my entire door and I specified not to take the car apart it being are fairly rare vehicle. They dud not comply and disassembled my brand new TypeR. Most unsatisfied
