The entire staff was friendly and courtious. Beginning with the moment I entered the building the receptionist (Alexis I think her name is) is extremely professional and courtious. I was walked through every step of the repairs by the lead gentleman (Sam) who is very informative and knowledgeable of his work. I'm glad I chose Caliber Collision for my repairs.

There is over spray on rear sides, and top of the car and Windows. As I was cleaning the windows this morning, as I do every few days I discovered the overspray. You get your new car back, air it out and find you have to take it back and start over, not a good experience.

The repair was great, the rest of the trip was not but Randy and Sam worked hard to fix. If you don't fix the reason for the major overspray you will loose a lot of future business.
