I thought that I could trust this shop because GEICO recommended it. The first repair in January went pretty well, with the only issue being addressed as soon as I brought it to Christian’s attention. Unfortunately, the most recent repair has completely lost my trust in both Caliber Collision and GEICO. HUGE BUMMER!!! This cost time and money for ALL parties involved.

Communication during repairs is 10/10. Post repair, I have called, left messages, and even sent a video email of the fog lights practically falling out - with NO RESPONSE! The fog lights vibrate so much while driving that they are intolerable to use. We cannot be dropping the ball in the aftercare. This will totally blow it!
