The initial estimate was not very good. They kept adding more and more issues as we went along. All in all it took 6 months for my vehicle to be completely fixed. A good estimate initially may have totaled the vehicle. I was told it was done and driven and no issues were found. I found issues in 10 minutes of driving. Sent it to a dealership because I lost trust in the company. Horrible experience.

You guys actually realized that the last shop who had my car from the last time I was rear ended did not fix a part in the back, and also did not even put the correct bumper on my car! I am soo glad you caught this and I now have the actual correct bumper for my car!

If I could give it an 11 I would! From the second you walk in the door, everyone is very attentive, warm and welcoming! I was rear ended about a month ago which was a complete nightmare, but Caliber Collision really made the entire process manageable. Autumn was on top of everything, and was readily available for any questions or concerns I had. They even helped me get my rental car situation fixed as the insurance company tried to put me in a car that was not comparable to mine. Overall, I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone who wants a completely stress free and seamless process! I will definitely be a repeat customer down the road!

Yes, the tire is fixed, but it still sounds like my transmission is revving and not shifting correctly. The car has very little power and you have to shift yourself cause it just revving shipped
