While out of your control, when the compressor (?) system went down and then the calibration team did not come when expected this led to an extra 4 days without my car and an extra 4 days of rental fees

First off, I was able to get in the next day. The end they finished what I needed within 30 minutes. Save me on a part that I brought in that I thought I was gonna have to replace. That I did not. And everyone there spoke to me and seemed like genuinely cool people. I’ll definitely be going back.

Caliber overlooked a needed repair and extended my time without a car while they waited for more parts, but they took responsibility and got me a rental car.

Had my vehicle for 6+ weeks. Repair updates were spotty. Told me they would cover my rental car but only covered half. Got vehicle back and still wasn't fully repaired. They are way understaffed with technicians.

Our car was damaged in an attempted theft, Caliber was able to receive the vehicle the very next day. Their office manager Amberley and assessor Justin were very straightforward about the process. Even with subcontracting some work, we got the car back 4 days before the estimated finish date, with all new parts and a great warranty. I would highly recommend this company for doing an excellent job and being as stress free as possible.
