Things are not completely fixed . I have to return the vehicle as there are still a few of the same problems with the vehicle. I also have a new issue with my head light. So I’m very unsatisfied with service .

Had to wait a few extra days due to some missing parts. But when I receive my car back. They went above and beyond. My car was super clean. I’m not sure if that’s included or not. But it was nice.

Customer service is always great. The only reason it wasn't a 10 this time, is when I arrived for my appointment, it was obvious that I had never made it onto their calendar, but they were still able to take my truck in.

Everything went wonderfully, except that the original estimate didn't include a re-set of all codes using the car's computer. This necessity was communicated to me the day after I dropped off the car and my insurance company was contacted to manage this additional service and cost. Obviously it would have been best for this to have been included in the original estimate. I was not inconvenienced, other than by the need for the employee to explain what happened and get my approval for the modified estimate. Otherwise the repair went exceedingly well. You are to be commended for excellent communications, both by e-mail and phone, during the repair time frame. The job was even completed 1 day prior to the original completion date. Nice work!
