This shop exceeded my expectation. I was told the repairs would be a month away but when they had an opening I was notified and my auto was beautifully repaired. Brian and Mike very curious and kept me informed every step of the process. I am thankful for how well this process went.

I did send in my response Sunday 12/12/21. As previously stated the shop exceeded my expectations by there genuine care and concern. I t was explained that my car could not be brought to the shop until 12/8 but when there schedule opened up I was immediately notified. The workmanship was superb and I was blessed to have the pleasure of working with Brian and Mike. They kept in informed of the progress of repairs, I would recommend this shop to Western Michigan for repairs they are number one with me. Thank you so very much!

Took twice as long as estimated. This means I had a rental for twice as long as necessary. Costing my insurance company more, which ultimately costs all of us more. I would suggest that you take on the tactic to under promise and over deliver; it's a better strategy than having to constantly make excuses.

Communication was excellent! That helps immensely when your life gets disrupted by a crash and you are uncertain when you’ll get your vehicle back. The positive atmosphere and helpful support were also greatly appreciated.
