There were multiple scratches/scuffs on the "repaired" sections of the car. In addition, instead of replacing a broken piece that holds a part to the car, a glue like glob was put on. It did not work.

While happy with the repair, I'm not satisfied with the care taken by the shop. They ended up damaging my window tint with a cleaner/solvent and now I need to take my vehicle to a 3rd party that caliber referred me to to have the tint removed and replaced. Caliber said they would be paying for this repair, but I'm still out my time and effort to have the car back to the condition it was in prior to having caliber do the body/paint repairs.

As for the quality and communication of the repair, it was a 10. But after I got home I realized that I was missing one of the lug nuts on the front passenger wheel. Same area as was being worked on. I am sure the wheel was taken off to do the repairs and then not securely put back on.
