While the Clearfield caliber has supported us in the past we/and our family will be following Phil for all our body shop needs. While Caliber's standard processes do a good job, Phil understands that as an Engineer I require more communication/detail than others.

Phil was detailed in the repairs needed. He kept us 100% up-to-date on the repair and claim process. The vehicle was even completed a day earlier then originally expected. We are very satisfied with the quality of repair and quality of support/communication throughout this process. Vehicle damage repairs are never fun and Phil made it so much easier.
