From start to finish The service was excellent, the elements of technology of every update in the process was phenomenal, how well you’ve integrated that into your customer service, and the people that we engaged, from the first moment walking in the door to the walk-through of our car, everyone was so nice, so kind, and so responsive, you guys made it sound like it would be three weeks and I think it was three days, I am not just please, I am over joyed an incredibly grateful.
