I’m very satisfied with the repair but shop should have finished it all the way through. The cleaning part was poor. It’s like they reassembled the items back without cleaning it. There were even residual painting materials on some edges that I needed to wipe out. I am positive that this shop can reach excellence if they continue to listen to their customer’s constructive feedback.

The customer service at this Caliber location was outstanding. Everything about the process was timely and well communicated. The employees inside created a welcoming and positive environment. They encouraged me to ask any questions I had throughout the process and offered assistance with contacting any other involved parties like insurance or rental car locations. Wes was very personable and thorough with his explanation of what work was to be done on the vehicle and the expected time to completion of repairs. Highly recommended.

The workmanship is excellent, only driven briefly but drive feels good. It did take a bit longer than expected which would have been frustrating if I was paying for the rental but since the repairs were not on my insurance it was fine.
