I am getting text and email alerts on the status of my repairs that have been done for a few days now. I have had to manually unsubscribe to keep them from blowing up my phone. Although they told me that my car would be ready on Tuesday or maybe earlier, no one called me on Monday to tell me that my car would definitely be ready Tuesday so I had to be late to my new job on the second week.
