Back door flashing was not seated and the door wasn't shutting for my daughter, so I had to reseat it myself which is no big deal but I feel yall could pay a little note attention to detail. My experience with yall was great otherwise.

I have seen the quality of this facility on high end vehicles but I didn't experience the same on my 16 year old truck in spite the fact that it is well kept.

There was a minimum amount of paint required and unfortunately, the finish was not of the kind of quality expected from a USAA 5 star facility.

Overall customer service was good, the consultant kept me up to speed on progress. However, being the end of the month, I perceived that meeting the end of month objectives superseded quality as the intent was for me to return at a later date to have the paint issue addressed. Even through I was able to convince the consultant to address the paint issue on the spot, the end product was still not up to expectation. I'd had expected more attention to detail.
