Please know that we were very pleased with the service and the work you did on the car is fantastic. In addition, your communication with us was very solid. The only headache is that our keys are not synced with the car so we have to bring the vehicle back for you to sync the keys with the vehicle. It is a hassle to drive back to your store and then have to wait for you to reprogram these keys. I feel like that should be part of a general checklist for a vehicle leaves a caliber location.

The work was fantastic. The paint matches perfectly and the car rides smooth after the alignment. Bryn had incredible communication so I knew what was going on every step of the way and I did not have to chase anybody to find out the status of my vehicle. Great job by everybody!

My adjuster provided great communication and was on top of the repair. Car looked great and everything had been inspected eliminating an issues upon pick up. Repair was overall pretty quickly completed.
