I received a stream of text message updates once my car was sent off for repairs, but these trailed off as the pick-up date neared. Finally, I had to call to find out that my car was going to be delivered later than expected. Wasn't a huge deal, but I would have rather heard it from CC directly, rather than having to call about it.
