I believe Caliber did an excellent job on my car. The staff was pleasant and professional and they kept me updated on progress or any pertinent changes to the process timeline. I would certainly use them again, as well as recommend them to others.

Overall, I had a great experience with the service on my car the work was done efficiently and everything has been running perfectly since. I truly appreciate the quality and professionalism of the technicians. However, I do want to share some feedback regarding my interaction at the front desk. The representative I spoke with (red hair and tattoos) came across as unprofessional and dismissive during our interaction, which took away from an otherwise positive experience. I’m sharing this not to complain, but in hopes that it can help improve customer service moving forward, because the actual service on my vehicle was excellent.

Upon having my car for a month it wasn’t not properly repaired the fender is crooked the hood is still bent to the point where it’s hard to install my window wipes the connections under my car are horribly done when I turn something is rubbing. The air comes on makes a sweeping noise. They have taken parts off the inside off my car that had nothing to do with the damage it now sounds like my engine is slipping or something I’m not sure but someone needs to get back in touch with me or my lawyer I’m so disappointed to have had to go through this after a not at fault accident! Jordan smiled in my face after knowing what they did I suppose they thought I wouldn’t notice

The intake process was smooth and efficient, communication was prompt and consistent throughout, and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. I felt well-informed at every stage, and their attentiveness to both the vehicle and customer service was clearly a priority.

This facility is not capable to fix the car on time. They took 45 days plus to fix it and my insurance paid for 30 days rental and I pay more than 1000 from my pocket. I approached the manager and she she said I will talk to regional manager and she will call you. Still no one call me to compensate my rental for 5 days even out of 15 days.
