We could see lines in the paint job; part on the roof was not put back on after paint job however this was rectified once I brought it to their attention. Someone is going to pick my car up on wed afternoon to dice the paint job

The paint job has streaks. They weee supposed to take my car back to fix it on Wednesday. I called later in the week for an update. No one has reached out to me yet .i don’t consider this job as complete and expected to hear from a manager today before i have to leave town again.

I'd actually called around to a few places and no one sauvignon they could help me with my repairs. I called Caliber and turns out that the exact issue I had with my Forte, they had one there that they were already working on! They immediately told me they could help. I dropped my car off and they kept me updated on their progress. I hate that someone tried to steal my car, but I was very happy that Caliber could restore her to her former glory 😁 I will definitely recommend them to anyone with collision damage. Thank you

It was clear that everyone was pretty overwhelmed and that the shop was understaffed (for very valid reasons). I only know that because it was told to me every time I spoke with someone. The repairs done on my car were great and if the customer-facing experience was a little more coached, I never would have known that staffing was a challenge.
