Gary at Caliber Collision provided outstanding customer service. He was super friendly, personable, and engaging from start to finish. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, kept me informed, and made everything easy to understand. He helped guide me through each step and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I really appreciated his professionalism! The overall physical appearance of the repairs are outstanding! I do have a few concern about my vehicles A/C not working properly. I was told that I received a recharge for my ac, but it seems it did not work. I am also experiencing a low battery symbol on my dashboard which previously before the repairs I had no issues with.
