The car looks great, and was finished ahead of schedule. It was returned clean and with all of the repairs done to the point where I couldn't tell it was ij an accident! Only improvement I would suggest would be to include changes to estimated completion in daily emails. It was a bit of a stretch to get it before closing on Friday the 13th as all correspondences had said it was on track for the 18th.

I appreciated the honest discussions with the adjuster & mechanic. There were a couple of conversations with the front desk staff that I felt could have been better handled. Overall, the customer service met my expectations.

I am super hurt that my car was broken into or someone stole things out of it that can't be replaced and then some that could. The man told me that he had the majority of the cars locked up, I guess mine wasnt important to them. Then nobody informed me of the accident and I had to wait until I picked up my car to discover things missing. I am hoping a police report was filed. I will find out Monday. As far as the work on my car, I will look in the daylight because I got my car back at night. Way to go Calibur. The mission statement you have in your office is a bunch of crap. Sincerely, A very hurt customer.

Andrea was so encouraging and helpful in making arrangements to get a ride to the enterprise rental car place. She sure knew what to do and kept in contact - and so did tgrr Ed computer messaged keep me up to date on progress. My car looks great - repairs and the detailed cleaning . Tgaa AS nix to all who worked on it...Merry Christmastime !
