I had such a great experience! Unfortunately I was involved in an accident and had to take my car in for repairs. I worked with Eric and he was so friendly. Very thorough and upfront and genuinely cares about our safety from the accident as well as getting my vehicle back quickly, 3 days ahead of schedule while keeping me updated the entire way. The receptionist was kind. And another gentleman walked me out to my car and we chatted about various things including my husband's cancer diagnosis. He shared valuable insight and compassion. Much more than your average mechanic shop experience. They seem to care about the customer just as much, if not more, than the damage. 12/10!

Everyone was so kind and helpful. I wasn't treated like a burden, or just another person. Each interaction was pleasant. I was truly surprised at how conversational everyone was. I had mentioned that we had been traveling to Seattle for my husband's cancer treatment and myself and various staff had conversations about the impacts that has on a family as well as the importance of having a safe and functioning vehicle. They even offered to help put my carseats back in. I happened to leave my AA book in my car and got a "congratulations on your sobriety' which was awesome

I had the pleasure of dealing with Gary.Rose . It was in 2022 when I was hit in my new truck and I was sure it was never going to be right again. But working with Gury and his team they replaced the side of my truck bed and the conner of the cab. The sevice and repair was amazing then my truck was back to new. That leads up to 4 years later. I was getting the truck ready for my sons prom and noticed something wrong in the connor of the cab. I reach out to Cailber Collision at the end of the work day. They looked me up and let me know Gary was going to reach out the next day. It was not much longer and I was getting an email from Gary wanting to get some pictures, after to pictures I was waiting for the answer it's out of our warranty but That's Not what I got. Gary Stepped up with no fight and owned his Warranty. Who would think after 4 years they would even remember me let alone step up and asked how soon I could get in so they could fix it under warranty. It goes even more I had a trip planned and the truck was pulling my 5th wheel I gave him a date and he said no problem. We'll I know in the repair it got a little deeper to get it right witch takes more time . I got update emails ever 3 days until it got closer to the end. They were running behind do to a bigger repair there guys came on Saturday to put my truck back together. I started getting emails every day until we had a Pic up time set so they could shine it up for my trip. Now I didn't get to do the pick up but that was the only thing that was late my son had to wait about 45 min as Gary had did his quality check before pick up time he found a few touch ups that had to be fixed spots nobody but an auto body guy would see so he had all hands on deck to get it right. I have looked over the truck and can say I still can not see any signs it was ever damaged they did an amazing job. I am in customer service and Gary and his team are amazing to work with and the no hassle warranty to make it right sets the above the rest of the shops out there.
