I asked Eric if possible could they remove the white paint that was scrubbed "underneath" the driver side bumper while the car was already in the shop for other repairs and he responded with "yes we will remove the white paint" as a courtesy. Today i picked up my car and someone accidentally removed the Grey paint from the front of the bumper and attempted to apply a touch up paint but it's very obvious if you look. I don't think its my duty to pay for the entire bumper to be repainted. I am a repeated customer and have had no issues in the past but this time, im not very happy. Hopefully Caliber Collision can solve this small problem. The staff has always been great in the past.

I have a shop I prefer to use but gieco only uses Caliber.

The paint is a little darker than original but is expected due to the age of the original paint. The fuel filler neck wasn't lined up correctly and made it difficult to get the fuel nozzle in. The battery hold down was not installed and a J bolt fell out driving down the road. Ido not know why the battery was removed.

The customer service was great. Gary was my service advisor and he was friendly and understanding since the first initial phone call. He walked the car with me and explained everything, and updated me on my car and tried to align my pickup date with what would work for me. The woman up front was also very nice and friendly, she even called the rental place to tell them I was there and ready for my rental car. Customer service is a big factor I look at when going somewhere or going back. My car looked like it had not even been hit, so with the customer service and the quality I would definitely go back.
