The customer service was great. Gary was my service advisor and he was friendly and understanding since the first initial phone call. He walked the car with me and explained everything, and updated me on my car and tried to align my pickup date with what would work for me. The woman up front was also very nice and friendly, she even called the rental place to tell them I was there and ready for my rental car. Customer service is a big factor I look at when going somewhere or going back. My car looked like it had not even been hit, so with the customer service and the quality I would definitely go back.

Good communucation, repair excellent. Rear of car filthy from being left in the open, I guess? If cleaned yoy would have gotten a 10.
