The communication with the updates on my car was excellent. I felt much better knowing what was going on weekly. Repairs were done ahead of schedule, which was a great surprise. Overall, I thought the repair process was quick. The staff is friendly. Dave did an excellent job heading up that project because I know it was not an easy one. My car looks good as new.
