The work on our car was originally slated to take about 2 weeks. It took 2 months for the work to be completed. Additionally, the car's battery died during the time it was in the shop. Caliber Collision attempted to foot the $300 bill directly on us. Absolutely ridiculous. Was there a chance that the battery truly did somehow die during those couple months? Maybe. But the bottom line is it died under the care of the shop and they should be responsible for it. The battery was in fine shape going in, but died on the shop's watch. The car could have been inactive for weeks leading to the battery failing. And if the original timetable for the job was followed, it most likely never would have failed in the first place. As if that ordeal wasn't enough, an employee at the shop then proceeded to lecture my wife during pickup as if she had no idea what she was talking about. Both us and Progressive seemed to disagree.

Long periods of no communication except to tell us something was wrong or to attempt to push a dead battery bill onto us. Not a single apology for the negligent approach to the work on the car and the extremely late completion. Wrapped up our experience with a snarky employee explaining what a car battery is to us.

I had Cara as my contact she was very personal and professional , she kept me up to date on how the repairs were advancing . She went over any questions I had . The repairs themselves were a job well done . I would recommend caliber collision to my family and peers .

Trusting my insurance carrier they provided me with caliber collisions company which had decent overall rating. I found almost immediately that was not going to be my families experience. Long story short the branch manager Mike is very poor at problem solving and keeping the costumer aware of what steps are being completed and what issues they are running into. It took my 2021 jeep grand Cherokee L 50 DAYS to be completed. The best part is when I received my vehicle back it was still not operating appropriately and now is being sent to a jeep dealership to reassess what work caliper collision did and why it is still not operating as it was before I got into my accident during the first snow storm. A simple passenger side front tire that was pushed and broke the axel and control arms turned into a 50 day nightmare. When confronted with what the time line looks like Mike would repeatedly say it’s a shipping issue of parts and there’s nothing he can do about it. Past the 40 day mark I began pressing Mike more on what the issues are and he would come up with more excuses everything was a shipping issue, from a axel, control arms, fog light, hood latch, bumper clips everything they needed to repair my vehicle must have been separate orders days away from each other. Not until I told Mike I needed to speak with the regional manager did Mike tell me that I couldn’t get ahold of him. When I went in day after day and there were more excuses and more of “ not my fault not my problem” things got heated and I was at last able to speak with the regional manager, he did put me in a loaner vehicle and within days the vehicle was “ fixed”. After being talked to like a child about how I should have added rental coverage to my insurance policy. ( no job I’ve ever encountered has taken 50 DAYS TO REPAIR! )Now with the vehicle back in my possession…..there’s more unanswered questions and underlying problems that need to be resolved somewhere else. Caliber collision took 2 weeks to get an estimate over to my insurance policy carrier as well, when they would call they got nowhere either. Save yourself the headache, frustration and “ it’s not my problem “ from Mike. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT CALIBER COLLISION IN KINGSTON PA!

I had a really great experience here. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional throughout the whole process. What I appreciated the most was the communication — I never once had to call for an update because they reached out to me every 2–3 days to keep me informed about my car. That made the whole situation so much less stressful. My car was fixed and everything went smoothly. I’m very thankful for their help and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and caring service!
