Caliber Collision did an amazing job with my car. Tyler was really good at keeping me informed on the process of my car and was professional and friendly. I was really impressed with how well Caliber collision worked with my insurance (USAA) to insure my repairs went as smoothly as possible and bonus my car was done almost 5 days before the predicted pick up date. I can’t recommend Tyler and Caliber Collisions enough. Thank you for making a stressful situation turn into an easy laid back process.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision! The team kept me updated every step of the way with convenient text messages, which gave me peace of mind throughout the repair process. I also loved the option to leave my rental car at the shop for pickup—it made things so much easier and saved me a trip. Even though my Chevrolet had to be in their facility for just shy of a whole month, I was welcomed and insured that my vehicle would be held in the upmost of standards. I would have had my vehicle back sooner had it not been for GM parts that had to be ordered to ensure my satisfaction. In the meantime, Roy texted me Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week to update me on the status of my vehicle. I have had a couple of other people use this facility for their repair needs, which is why I went with this company and I am so completely satisfied. Thank you for putting my Chevrolet back to like new position.
