I was extremely dissappointed with the receptionist when I went by your facility at the suggestion of Hartford Insurance. She said I had to make an appointment even though Hartford had submitted my information to them. I was the only person in the waiting room and her indifference was not professional. On the other hand the estimator was very professional when I did return for my appointment. I was very pleased with her handling of my service through out the whole process.
