First off I make sure to call the shop not once but twice to let them know to please make sure they check over the work before calling me to get my car…my son went to get the car check it the most he know bec I was at work..came home (1) the car is missing the molding between the windshield and fender..(2) every time my son start the car the bright lights r coming on which is the blue light on the dash he has to take it off every time…(3) normal when u open the driver door the lights usually comes on now it don’t …(4)..the car was never buff properly there’s some big pieces of trash in the paint on some places on the fender and hood….so how should i be satisfied…I should have seen all the comments about this shop and never take my car there.

Adam and Maricela were most helpful, friendly, professional in helping get my car repaired following a minor collision. Getting a quote was quick and painless, the work done within a reasonable timeline and well done. I am most pleased with the quality of work done. Adam, Maricela, and their team went the extra mile by assuring I had alternate transportation while my car was being worked on and also helped save me money on the repair. Communication was great - I appreciated the periodic texts updating me on the progress of my repair work. Thanks, CALIBER ! P.S. I got two other quotes prior to accepting this quote - one never bothered to return my call. The other "scoffed" when I told him I was planning to cover the costmyself, not an insurance claim. What's up with that? Geesh !
